Please read our terms and conditions carefully before placing your order with CHEAP BEDS UK. CHEAP BEDS UK, may change, update, add or remove these terms and conditions at any time and therefore it is important to read it, every time you will make a purchase order. You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as laid out below and they will govern each order that you place with us, except where specifically varied in writing. In the event of the customers order containing conditions contrary to these conditions of sale they are not accepted without written consent from Cheap Beds UK.
Cheap Beds UK may make change the specification of the Products which do not materially affect their quality and performance required to conform with any applicable statutory requirements where the Products are supplied to Cheap Beds UK’s specification. Photographs provided are for illustrative purposes only and may not exactly match the Product itself. Colours in photographs are for guidance only.
Cheap Beds UK aim to deliver your product within time period but no responsibility for later delivery due to circumstances beyond our control will be accepted. Delay will not be a reason for rejecting goods or terminating the contract. The Products will be only delivered to the address specified in the order unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Buyer and Cheap Beds UK. Products will be deemed to have been delivered once delivered to the specified address and Cheap Beds UK will not be liable to the Buyer for non-delivery of the Products. Cheap Beds UK does not need to satisfy itself that the person accepting delivery at the specified address is the Buyer (or authorized by the Buyer to accept the delivery). Goods delivered by carrier will require a signature to acknowledge receipt of the goods. Check that the number of boxes as stated on the drivers manifest matches the number of boxes being delivered, if it does not then just sign for the number of boxes received in good condition. If you are not able to fully examine the goods then you must sign as ‘UNEXAMINED’. If the goods are delivered and appear not in good condition, they must be signed for as ‘DAMAGED’ or rejected (where they will be returned by to Cheap Beds UK by the carrier). If you sign for the goods in good condition then you are confirming that the goods are not damaged. Once you sign for the goods in good condition then neither you or us can claim against the carrier for damage, so you must be sure before you sign. Once signed for in good condition Cheap Beds UK will accept no responsibility for subsequent claims in respect of damaged goods. In the event of goods being returned to Cheap Beds UK because of failure by the customer to receive the goods, the customer will be liable for the costs incurred in returning the goods to Cheap Beds UK. No re-delivery will be made until the customer has paid for the cost of a second delivery and reimbursed Cheap Beds UK for the cost of returning the goods to Cheap Beds UK
Goods delivered by Cheap Beds UK or by a third party contracted to undertake delivery on our behalf are delivered only to the inside of your doorstep. If you request that Goods are taken inside your property, or request any assistance with moving or assembly of items, then we or any third party contractor shall not be held liable or responsible for any damage to carpets, fixtures, fittings or the structure of your accommodation (e.g. plasterwork, brickwork) that may occur. It is at the customer's risk. Such an action is undertaken solely on your individual responsibility. Please note that any claims for damages arising from the above must be claimed with the buyers own insurance. Cheap Beds UK will not be held liable.
Please note that all the above deliveries are subject to good road/weather conditions. Cheap Beds UK cannot be held responsible for road closures, accidents and adverse weather conditions, that delay your delivery.
When a delivery date has been arranged with the customer and our delivery team arrive and the customer is not present to receive delivery, Cheap Beds UK reserves the right to charge the customer a minimum of £40 to cover the cost of the failed delivery.
Please note that if you request a call prior to delivery, this cannot be guaranteed. Our delivery times are outlined above.
Delivery without a signature - Please be aware that Cheap Beds UK and our contracted delivery teams require a signature at time of delivery. However, if you are unable to be present at time of delivery and you request the goods to be left with a neighbour or in a safe place, Cheap Beds UK will do so with the presence of a signed note from the customer stating to that effect. Upon delivery, the driver will take the note as proof of doing so. If goods are left at customers request and upon returning to the property find that the goods are not present, Cheap Beds UK will not be held reliable or responsible. This is undertaken at the risk of the customer.
Please note that many of our products/furniture are flat packed for home/self assembly. It is the responsibility of the customer to assemble the items or arrange for a competent third party to do so at their own expense.
Please be aware that Cheap Beds UK will not be liable to pay any form of compensation for late or failed deliveries. This also includes time taken off work to accept delivery or loss of income for rental properties.
If you are purchasing a replacement bed or mattress, Cheap Beds UK strongly recommend that you DO NOT dispose of your old items until delivery of the new goods has been made.
Please ensure when purchasing an item from Cheap Beds UK, that if you require any information regarding sizes and dimensions, you ask before placing your order. There would be no return if you have ordered a wrong mattress/bed.
If you cancel your order in writing before CheapBedsUK have processed the order then CheapBedsUK will quickly refund your payment in full and cancel your order. If the order has beenn processed then we can't cancel the order.
We don't accept any return.
If an item is faulty please contact us as soon as possible as many "faults" can be resolved quickly over the telephone. If the item needs to be returned you must return the faulty item directly yourself. When the goods have been received, inspected and found to be faulty we will despatch a replacement item to you as soon as possible. If the item is not found to be faulty it will be returned to you at your cost. This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.
